Don’t worry—we’ll guide you! If you’re unsure which facial is best, we recommend booking our New Client Consultation + Customized Facial. During this appointment, we’ll discuss your skin concerns and goals, then recommend a facial tailored just for you to help your skin look and feel its best.
5. Why do you require a consultation before allowing new clients to book a chemical peel?
We want your skin to look and feel its best! A consultation helps us prep your skin properly, reduce risks like irritation or sensitivity, and create a customized plan so your peel delivers safe, beautiful results.
6. Do you service teenagers?
Yes. We offer specialized services tailored for teenagers’ unique skincare needs. Clients under 18 must have written parental consent, and we work closely with parents to ensure the best results.

8. What is your refund policy?
We want you to love your products! If something isn’t working for you, unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days (a 2.5% processing fee applies to refunds). For safety reasons, opened products and completed services are non-refundable.
9. Why do I have to pay a non-refundable retainer fee in order to book an appointment?
The non-refundable retainer fee secures your appointment time and ensures that it is reserved exclusively for you. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service but is non-refundable in the event of cancellations. This fee is transferable if your appointment is rescheduled within the guidelines of our rescheduling/cancellation policy.
